Number of herbaceous plants and herbs thrive in our country very much. Call it the ginger, cinnamon, black pepper can be found easily on the market even in the kitchen.

Not only as herbaceous plants and herbs are able to flavor food, various studies show it could be to increase metabolism, satiety, weight management, and discard fat faster.

Nutrilife nutritionist and founder of Health Management, Shilpa Mittal said there are at least 12 types of herbs and spices to helpregulate body weight as reported by the Times of India, on Monday (09/28/2015).

1. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is one of the best herbs for weight loss because it can stabilize blood sugar. As well as making the stomach feel full longer and accelerate the burning of fat.

2. Ginger
Normally found in the kitchen as a spice in cooking, but ginger is also good as a body cleanser.

3. Turmeric
The orange-colored herbs have some weight loss properties. Of which help reduce the formation of fatty tissue resulting in lower total body fat and prevent weight gain /

4. Ginseng
Ginseng helps increase energy and accelerate the rate of metabolism.

5. Black pepper
There is a compound called piperine that helps increase metabolism. It also helps to improve the digestive system and helps burn fat faster.

6. Cumin
Cumin can increase metabolism and help improve the digestive process.

7. Coconut oil
Coconut oil helps to increase the body's metabolism so as to accelerate weight loss.

8. Fennel seeds
This one small seed help to set hunger and cleanse the liver.

9. Hibiscu
Floral invitation that is rich in content that can fight obesity such as chromium, ascorbic acid and hydroxy acids.

10. Linseed
Flaxseed is able to give a feeling of satiety. It certainly can be prevented from overeating and weight loss success.

11. Dandelion
