faster.
6. Cumin
Cumin can increase metabolism and help improve the digestive
process.
7. Coconut oil
Coconut oil helps to increase the body's metabolism so as to
accelerate weight loss.
8. Fennel seeds
This one small seed help to set hunger and cleanse the
liver.
9. Hibiscu
