Quality sleep is between 6 to 8 hours per day depending on
the needs of each individual, but some people only sleep 3 to 5 hours. In the
world of health, stay out late or lack of sleep is not recommended. Here is the
effect or the risk that a lack of sleep will lead to diseases such as:
Obesity.
Lack of sleep causes increased hunger and appetite. Sleep
also plays a role in the body's ability to issue a neurohormone, when the
amount of hormone secretion decreases while the appetite increases, the weight
will increase.
Blood pressure.
Naturally when sleeping blood pressure will drop, but when
someone of sleep deprivation on the contrary, the blood pressure rises to
support the body awake. Lack of sleep can lead to hypertension and
cardiovascular problems.
Decreased concentration.
Quality sleep makes a person more fresh when you wake up and

Chronic lack of sleep causes skin pale and dull, appeared
dark circles or puffiness in the lower eyelid and facial lines, thereby
reducing the appearance of the resulting lack of confidence.
Increases Death Risk.

slept less than 5 hours of increased risk of death from a variety of factors.
Lack of sleep increases two-fold increased risk of death from cardiovascular
disease.
